Right now it looks like Drupal is the best blogging platform available right now. (from what I've read) Is that what you're using on your blog?

Hey I know this is off topic but I was wondering if you knew of any widgets I could add to my blog that automatically tweet my newest twitter updates. I've been looking for a plug-in like this for quite some time and was hoping maybe you would have some experience with something like this. Please let me know if you run into anything. I truly enjoy reading your blog and I look forward to your new updates.

Aw, this was an extremely nice post. Spending some time and actual effort to create a really good article… but what can I say… I put things off a lot and never seem to get nearly anything done.

Have you ever thought about adding a little bit more than just your articles?
I mean, what you say is fundamental and everything. However think of if you added some great pictures or video clips to give
your posts more, "pop"! Your content is excellent but with pics and clips, this website
could undeniably be one of the best in its field. Good
    blog!

This is a very useful synthesis of the evidence on endometrial polyps and fertility. The distinction you draw between the solid data on polyp removal before ART and the more debatable benefit in spontaneous conception is particularly helpful for clinical decision-making. It would be interesting to see future studies stratify outcomes by polyp size and location, as these factors may ultimately refine the indications for hysteroscopic polypectomy.
